Piaf American Bistro is opening soon! Located in the same building as BOSS Office + Coworking, this French-influenced bistro will serve lunch and dinner. It will feature an outdoor patio and stay open until 2 am.
It’s going where San Daniele was previously. Piaf will feature an extensive wine list and serve a range of dishes from the coastal Mediterranean region, says owner Fabien Goury. Customers can enjoy flatbreads, burgers, salads, and more. There’s a covered patio with heating and cooling for use all year. Goury and his wife, Yasmine, also own Main Street Bistro & Bakery and the connected restaurant Chez Fabien, all of which are on Main Street.
